Aggregated, anonymous, cookie-less visit analytics via Plausible Analytics. No identifiers are collected that would personally identify you.

Web servers may temporarily log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. These logs are retained for no more than 30 days.

If you contact us (data correction, listing claim, general question), we process your email address and message content for as long as needed to handle the request and subsequent archival per applicable law.

Analytics and security logs: legitimate interest in operating and improving the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Email correspondence: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, or legitimate interest in handling the request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) or (f)).

Database hosting: Supabase (EU, eu-central-1). Email: Zoho Mail (EU), Resend (EU). Analytics: Plausible (EU). All processors are located in the EU or operate under standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for targeted advertising.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. Exercise them at ahoj@somhladny.sk.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk).
